Hi There! I am Mahmoud ElMarakshy, an AIDA Freediving Instructor. Born and raised in Egypt on the Alexandrian Mediterranean, and now living on Canada’s west coast, I have always been fishing, diving, sailing, rowing, and doing any water activity you can think of! By day, I work as a Software Engineer, but once I am done, you can nearly always find me by the ocean. I regularly post my sea adventures on my instagram @fish.n.chill, but you can always reach out to me on info(at)fishnchill(dot)com if you have questions or even just want a new friend. Fish n Chill revolves around connecting with the ocean in so many ways! You can freedive with amazing wildlife, take stunning underwater photos, learn how to harvest sustainably, or simply become more comfortable in the water.
A week full of sun, sailing and epic dolphin encounters. Imagine yourself on a sailboat in the middle of the Red Sea, only sharing it with a small group of likely minded people. This can be the magical equation of joy to anyone who considers themselves a nature lover.
